With over 1000 real estate photoshoots in the Bowral area alone, we know how to shoot real estate. Choosing the right photo package is really important for your marketing campaign. Our photo packages come in 3 standard sizes, 8 images, 12 images or 16 Images.

Your selection of photos should highlight the very best features of the property and  give potential buyers an incentive to come along to an open home.

We will first do a walk through with the agent or the client and select the areas to capture. Shoots are quick and efficient and usually take 30mins to 1hour, depending on the package selected.

8 IMAGES

Best for rentals, smaller properties, marketing on a budget. You will receive 6-8 fully rendered, multilayer images, professionally edited and ready for print and online use.

12 IMAGES

Best for concise marketing campaigns, 3-4 bedroom homes for sale with some backyard. You will receive 10-12 fully rendered, multilayer images, professionally edited and ready for print and online use.

16 IMAGES

Best for renovated/styled properties for sale, campaigns where you want to sell the potential eg country lifestyle and holiday rentals. You will receive 10-12 fully rendered, multilayer images, professionally edited and ready for print and online use. Additionally, you will receive 4 carefully selected creative style “feature” images that will set your listing apart from others online.

FLOOR PLANS

Floor plans are one of the most effective marketing tools of the property campaign. Buyers are able to get a sense of the property, take in all the features and best of all imagine themselves in the space.

HOW ARE YOUR FLOOR PLANS CREATED?

First we take accurate laser-measurements of the home and create a clear plan including room dimensions, windows and doors. Next we send it to our expert team of draftsmen who draw it up using advanced CAD software. We then add a site plan and your logo and other agency info if you require this.

VIRTUAL STAGING

Selling an empty home can be very difficult. The home looks unloved, the photographs all look the same and is hard to get a sense of scale or size of a place.

If hiring a stylist and furniture isn’t in the marketing budget, virtual styling is an excellent option and will make a huge difference to your photography.

WHAT IS VIRTUAL STAGING

Virtual staging is when furniture and styling (staging) is added, digitally, to a photograph of a room or a space. Virtual staging is usually used for empty properties as it helps add a sense of purpose and scale to rooms. Even just virtually staging one or two rooms in an empty house can make the world of difference.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS FOR VIRTUAL STAGING?

The home is photographed (with virtual staging in mind) and the images are then fully edited. Once we get the edited images back, we then select the images for staging. This usually takes about 12-24 hours to complete.
