Highlands Photography Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Effective: 30 June 2024

The Highlands Photography Loyalty Program (Loyalty Program) is operated by
Highlands Photography (we, us) for Customers (you, your) in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions.

How do you participate in the Loyalty Program?

  • You will be automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program the first time you purchase a service from us after the commencement of the program.
  •  You will automatically earn Loyalty Points (Points) on all purchases.
  • There are no fees associated with our Loyalty Program.


How do you earn Points?

  • You will earn 1 Point for every $100 spent on our services. Fractional Points are earned for amounts less than $100.
  • From time-to-time we may run promotions increasing the rate at which Points are earned.


How and when can you use Points?

  • Each time you have earned 100 points, you qualify for a Free Shoot consisting of 12 images plus a floor plan (valued at $782).
  • The Free Shoot:
    • Must be used in a single transaction (unless otherwise agreed with us);
    • Must be used within 12 months of qualifying; and
    • Can be used in conjunction with a service of greater value, in which case $782 will be deducted from the value of the service.
  • So that we can invoice you correctly, you must tell us in advance if you intend to use the Free Shoot. 
  • Once you have used the Free Shoot (or if you have not used the Free Shoot within 12 months of qualifying), 100 Points will be deducted from your Points balance.
  • We will regularly inform you of your Points balance. You may also contact us to confirm your Points balance.


Additional Information

  • Points will not be earned on services purchased prior to the commencement of the Loyalty Program.
  • Points will not be earned on the Free Shoot.
  • Points will expire if you have not purchased a service from us for 5 years.
  • Points are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • We may suspend or discontinue the Loyalty Program at our sole discretion.
  • If the Loyalty Program is discontinued, any Points you have accrued will be redeemed against the next service you purchase from us.
  • We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If we change the Terms and Conditions, we will publish an updated version on our website at highlandsphotography.com.au.
  • We may correct erroneous or invalid points. We are not liable for any errors in the calculation or publication of your Points balance.
  • Any disputes regarding your Points or the operation of the Loyalty Program will be resolved by us in our sole discretion.
