Meet the Team

MEET MATT

Hi I’m Matt and I am a professional photographer based in the Southern Highlands. I have over 10 years of photography experience, working in commercial photography, landscape, schools, fashion, marketing and events. After graduating with a Bachelor of Digital Media from UNSW, I lived overseas for a period of time. Travelling widely afforded me the opportunity to capture images of some of the world’s most impressive architectural and natural landmarks. I enjoy exposing the hidden beauty within a subject.

When I am not behind the camera, you might find me on the golf course or barracking for my beloved Cronulla Sharks. I follow a wide variety of sports, enjoy discovering new restaurants and spending time with my beautiful family.

MEET KATE

Hi, I’m Kate and it is a privilege to be able to work alongside my husband, Matt, at Highlands Photography. I will be working hard behind the scenes to make the process, from booking through to delivery, as smooth as possible for you and to answer any questions you might have. As a teacher for close to 10 years, I value teamwork and understand the importance of community and building relationships. I have already loved meeting so many clients and can’t wait to work with you to help you achieve your goals.

When not running around after our little daughter, I love reading. I am also a royal enthusiast!
